Qualities of a Relationship Worthy Woman - The One you want to lock-in
Men are alot more simple than women in needs. The quality of a woman all comes down to the way she treats you as a Man. The one quality that makes a woman of high value to her man is how she respects him. Its the respect she shows towards him that makes her extremely worthy to a Man.
I always believe a woman tests you all the time. She tests for your strength and for your presence. When a Man demands respect from his woman she respects him. He must respect himself in order to demand respect from her.
Here are a list of the most important things we look for in women who are relationship potential:
1) Respect: She respects him greatly and does not test him too much. Makes her more feminine to him which makes him very attracted towards her.

LEAD, Follow or Get Out of the Way - Way of Life
When it comes to knowing thy self its about your own happiness. Taking care of your own self in order to stay in your own happiness. You know what you like and you know what you dislike. You LEAD your own life.
The perk to knowledge of self and knowledge of your own happiness is having a girl who joins you for the ride. You take full responsible and she greatly complies with what is going on as she trusts the man that you are.
There exists three forms of living. Following others, getting out of the way of others and Leading. The highest form of living is leading your own life and enjoying it with the ones you choose to have in your life.
The other two forms are lower in my opinion because as Men we are the ones who need to make decisions whether it be informed decisions or instinctual decisions. We are the ones who take responsibility.
When you follow others, you are at the whim of others decisions. Their decisions may not be in the best interest of yourself. You are therefore giving up your birth right as a man. You are giving up your own instincts which are to protect and be independent.
The cost of following is your own happiness, your freedom, your respect and your own manhood comes into question by females who will test you for your leadership and strength.
Following is worse than getting out of the way. If you are not in agreement with someone else's decisions you can get out of their way. You allow them to go forth and you signal to them you don't want any part of it.

A Man's happiness is his own doing. Attraction is being happy and contempt within yourself as a Man.
A man is happy when he is doing what he enjoys in life and is on the path of happiness. He is solid and robust in himself. He has a fearlessness, goes about being honest and is contempt in speaking his own mind. He connects with others through honesty. He communicate to others what he likes and through doing so remains in High Self Esteem.

1) Do the things that give you the most pleasure and joy. Eg. playing sport, going to gym, hanging out with friends.
2) Engage in male banter. Banter is testing each others ego. Ego check for guys. If you have a healthy ego you will remain unchanged and on your path. If you get knocked by banter you are not engaging in banter correctly.
3) Smile and enjoy everything you do. If you aren't enjoying the process of doing something then make it fun and enjoyable for yourself.
4) Listen to music that makes you tap or dance. The music that makes you feel alive inside.
5) Get outside in the sunlight. Sunlight gives our skin Vitamin D important for mental health.
6) Compliment others for things you like about them. eg. Compliment a woman for looking fantastic in your eyes and being desirable to you. Tell a friend something you respect about him in accordance to the way you like to live as well.
7) Do not allow people especially girls to mother you. A man's self esteem is his own. It is important that he is in control of his own self esteem. When someone mothers you, its often their own insecurities coming out onto you. You do what makes you happy. If others are giving you advice this is a red flag. They are trying to control your life or they are in the belief that you are unhappy or threatening their own. Healthy people give advice to others only in the objective of helping others to preserve their own happiness.

Act normal - Be Yourself
You might have had that discussion with a Father, Uncle or elder where you ask them the big question: How do you get girls to like me? You get a really mind fucking answer. Be Yourself. Something that girls preach to guys.
I say its a mind fuck because to the nice guys out there it will keep you being the same. To all the asshole and jerks out there. Rock on. You've got more of a chance with being yourself and attracting girls.
In my last article Penis Identity - Formulation of Being a Man we explained the importance knowing what it means to be a Man and I gave out an important exercise to do. If you've not read this article I'd like you to read it.
Be Yourself. What does that mean? It means that you must be a Man and you must show your own character.
Live honest and be the person you are meant to be. Be true to yourself. When it comes to interacting with people be normal. Act normal.
